For the first time in the KC Filmmakers Jubilee history, this years festival will be held outside Westport. The Venue for the 2009 Kansas City FilmFest is the renovated AMC Mainstreet Theater in the Power & Light District, now owned and operated by AMC Entertainment, Inc.
